Five years ago I was diagnosed with diabetes. Since then everyday I must take pills to dominate my blood sugar. even though I never sto taking pills and visit my doctor termly, I found my fitness is one day worse than the next day. Last month, my son recommended me to join a program which is to teach people how to do exercise to preserve younger and fitness.
