Success is when you add value to someones life and help them through the darkness to see light. If were not adding value then we are not an asset but a liability. Anyone can stand on a stage and deliver a speech. But not everyone can effectively connect you back to God. Public speaking is a BIG responsibility. Everyone wants fame but not everyone is ready to be responsible for their flock. And not everyone is ready to work on their own shortcomings.
