For ten years, I had been afflicted by the fearful cervical spondylosis. Each year I had got to live in hospital a period of time to accept physical treat. That’s torturous memories. But all the anguished memories will never appear again for I have casted off it. My old trouble doesn’t attack me since I have excised yoga. I take yoga half an hour day in and day out, stretching my legs and arms, turning neck, wiggling waist and releasing routine tension. I do acknowledge that yoga have mould a new me not only on configuration but the mentality that I am more optimistic than used to.
