For ten years, I had been afflicted by the grievous cervical spondylosis. Yearly I had to live in hospital a period of time to receive physical cure. That’s grievous recall. But all the intolerable memories will never appear again for I have dispensed it. My old trouble doesn’t attack me since I have done yoga. I take yoga half an hour day in and day out, extruding my legs and arms, moving neck, wiggling waist and releasing routine stress. I do acknowledge that yoga have shaped a new me not only on configuration but the psychology that I am more positive than usual.
