For ten years, I had been afflicted by the serious cervical spondylosis. Each year I had to live in hospital a period of time to receive physical treat. That’s unbearable recall. But all the anguished memories will never appear again for I have got over it. My old sickness doesn’t attack me since I have excised yoga. I take yoga half an hour day in and day out, drawing my legs and arms, turning neck, wiggling waist and releasing routine tension. I do acknowledge that yoga have shaped a new me not only on outline but the mentality that I am more optimistic than before.
