For ten years, I had been afflicted by the serious cervical spondylosis. Annually I had got to live in hospital a period of time to adopt physical cure. That’s intolerable memories. But all the anguished reminiscence will never appear again for I have dispensed it. My old illness doesn’t attack me since I have done yoga. I take yoga half an hour day in and day out, stretching my legs and arms, moving neck, twirling waist and releasing routine tension. I do recognize that yoga have shaped a new me not only on shape but the mindset that I am more optimistic than used to.
