For ten years, I had been afflicted by the severe cervical spondylosis. Annually I had to live in hospital a period of time to adopt physical therapy. That’s unbearable reminiscence. But all the miserable reminiscence will never come again for I have got over it. My old disease doesn’t attack me since I have taken yoga. I do yoga half an hour day in and day out, extruding my legs and arms, turning neck, twisting waist and relaxing everyday pressure. I do acknowledge that yoga have mould a new me not only on outline but the mentality that I am more optimistic than previous.
