For ten years, I had been tortured by the severe cervical spondylosis. Each year I had got to live in hospital a period of time to adopt physical therapy. That’s torturous reminiscence. But all the grievous recall will never turn up again for I have got out of it. My old disease doesn’t attack me since I have taken yoga. I do yoga half an hour day in and day out, stretching my legs and arms, moving neck, twisting waist and releasing routine stress. I do recognize that yoga have shaped a new me not only on shape but the psychology that I am more positive than usual.
