"For where your treasure is, there also will your heart be" - Matthew 6:21 There are, of course, materialistic answers to this most important question: my bank account, my stock portfolio, the house and neighborhood I live in, the cars I drive, the titles I wear. These represent the most common answers given by people who are asked this question. Some may answer: my spouse, my children, the friends that I have in my life. The treasure of friendship, of marriage and of children is intangible. It cannot be held, or counted in the hand. Yet, love is the mortar that binds the deepest meanings of our shared humanity together. It is the force that gives meaning and purpose to our lives. But there is a treasure far greater even than that. This treasure was given to all freely, unconditionally, without limits, and is still being given today. This treasure gives something that material wealth and human love could never give---eternal life. This treasure has a name: Jesus
