“Forgiveness does not mean one forgets (as in, has the ability to remember no more) the offense, but that in spite of the memory, one erases the debt.”~Voddie T. Baucham Jr. Forgiveness is the Lords mandate; and it is given both for our good and His glory. We are instructed to forgive in a manner that imitates the grace extended to all believers at Calvary. Gods grace removes the hostility between a sinners heart and a Holy God. Likewise, our grace given to others, breaks down the barriers that separate and injure our core relationships. Paul wrote: Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with all malice. Be kind to one another, tender-hearted, forgiving each other, just as God in Christ also has forgiven you (Eph 4:31-32).
