{Forwards and Backwards} It is important to do a lot of moves both forwards and backwards - it engages more muscles, is more balanced, and a lot of times moving backwards is more challenging! Here are some ideas of moves to do both forwards and backwards or already involve moving forward and backwards: *bear crawls *plank walks *hops (use a marker and do a plank before switching directions) *squat jumps *inch worms (with pushup) *agility drills *zig zag hops *in and out abs (with moving pushups) *in and out abs (with varying distances) *high knees *zig zag cuts (through agility ladder)
