“Four seasons of Romance” It tries, tries to gain the love of heart, to court you like a possession, but pretty this is just a start! The paroxysm of the four seasons of romance, And swinging shades of same, that spasms in a prance! I call it summer when the mystique is at its heat, And the gobbler of it embarks to have the feast. The phase of approaching the other one to start feeling the feel, The feel of anxiety and that of nervousness, it’s an infatuation where one has the other’s persona peel… I call it spring in rain when it blooms with delight, Where showers of mirthfulness and cohesiveness sprinkles trite! Where two atoms join to become a molecule, And complete themselves, putting their values and characteristics to use! I call it autumn when slowly the leaves of love appear to fall, And between their love there are people and mistakes building several walls! When slowly the romance begins to fade, And both are trying to keep themselves intact and the bond they had made. And then the cold winter frost thickens its layers on walls long built, And the ice glistens and shines with its dominance of the gilt! The vines of fruits of trust, faith and belief corrodes; blighting every memory to remember, And then another year of ‘Four Seasons of Romance’ awaits, melting the hoar of the cold december... *ahana*
