[Free Workout] Its always difficult to follow routine on holidays and workouts are just as challenging. Im currently at Crieff Hydro which is a beautiful old hotel in the heart of the Scottish countryside. The hotel is fantastic but the gym sucks! 90% of the equipment are either weight or cardio machines. But I did manage to find a few free weights and did the following density circuit. Why not try it and let me know what you think. [The Workout] Reps First circuit 10 reps of all exercises, then rest for 1 min. Next circuit 8 reps of all, rest again and continue in this manner until the full session looks like this; 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 [The Exercises] - Single arm dumbell snatch *right then left - Barbell deadlift - Single arm dumbell row *right then left - Dumbell goblet squat - TRX Atomic push ups or regular push ups Then collapse in a heap of sweat on the floor.
