*** Friendly - Ayub Park *** Red Devils 19 - 6 EBFC / Karakoram boyses Khyber Shah makes a five goal debut for Red Devils F.C as Devils convincingly win a game that was a rather close affair for a long period. AD started in the goal with Harris Qamar and Sameer Hussain in defence. Zaki started in the holding role with Ammar, Khyber and Musab up ahead. Bhatti started the game on the bench. After a nicely balanced beginning to the game, it was Devils who opened the scoring through an absolute blockbuster of a shot by Musab Anwar from outside the box. Devils soon made it two nil, Zaki Ahmed Zaki finding himself all alone in the six yard box heading in a well taken corner by Musab. Ahmed Saqlain Bhatti came in to allow Harris to go forward and the star striker did not take long to get on the score sheet, a lovely through ball by Zaki slotted home by the star striker. Devils then went 4 goals up, Khyber scoring his first goal in the red shirt, a trademark finish by the striker. The opponents then dominated for a period of play where they scored three times, all three brilliant finishes leaving AD with no chance. At 4-3, the game looked finely balanced with both teams looking for the all important next goal, however AD on one end and EBFC goalkeeper on the other end kept both strike forces at bay. Once the flood gates opened though, Devils did not look back. A brilliant over the top ball by Sameer was angled in by Ammar to make it 5-3 before Khyber scored two quick goals to complete his hattrick and make it 7-3. Ammar added a second on a brilliant ball by Harris to make it 8-3 before Harris himself scored his second of the night. The opponents threatened another comeback with two well taken goals, bringing the game to 9-5 before Ammar was able to complete his hattrick, Zaki with the assist after some impressive work by Harris. Zaki then zigzagged though the opponents defence to score the goal of the game and make it 11-5. Sameer was next on the scoring list, Harris feeding Sameer with a sumptuous through ball. Khyber came back on to score his 4th before a monstrous hit from top of the box helped Harris complete his Hattrick. Ammar soon scored his 4th of the night to make it 15-5 before Musab got back into the act with a beautifully taken goal, Musabs second of the night. Ahmed Saqlain Bhatti then scored direct from a corner to make it 17 before a rare error by AD allowed opponents a sixth. Khyber then scored his 5th, a blasting finish off a half volley from the top of the box. A hand ball in the box allowed AD to step up all the way from his goal to score from the spot and make it 19-6 on the night. Well played opponents, it wasnt as one sided as the score suggests. Goals: Khyber (5) Ammar (4) Harris Q (3) Musab (2) Zaki (2) Sameer (1) Ahmed Saqlain Bhatti (1) AD (1) Man of the Match: Harris Qamar
