From One Lover to Another (Uh huh) This post might seem a bit out of the ordinary for a classic rock guy, but consider this song’s many attributes. The title is a nod to Ernest Hemingway and the song is written and produced by the Bee Gees who also provide backing vocals. Oh yeah, it’s a Kenny and Dolly duet. Perhaps this is not so strange coming from a guy who as a kid logged more than a few hours with his dad in a 1977 Ford F-150. Oddly enough, the Ford lacked an a/c but packed an impressive after-market 8 track player beneath the dash. I had the good fortune to meet many colorful characters in that old truck besides, of course, the driver: The Gambler, Lucille, Joshua, and Jolene just to name a few. Thank goodness my dad had his priorities straight, for had he not, I might instead be fondly reminiscing about virtues of Freon.
