**Full-Time Job Alert** Edmonds CC is hiring a Director of the Ed Career Access Program. Pays $53,300.00 - $57,693.00 Annually. The Edmonds Career Access Program (EdCAP) is a youth reengagement program serving out-of-school youth between the ages of 16 and 21 on our college campus. The Director of EdCAP is responsible for planning, implementing, and coordinating the outreach, orientation, advising, enrollment, and student academic progress functions of the program. Managing day-to-day operations, the position also case manages students and supervises case managers and other personnel. This position is expected to use research-based best practices to ensure student success and learning outcomes are met. Leadership and collaboration with faculty, campus partners, the College’s school district partners, and the Washington State Office of the Superintendent for Public Instruction (OSPI) is essential. This position will interpret complex regulations and implement efficient processes. It will develop and run reports using the Student Management System database to measure student progress and keep documentation.
