{GAME NIGHT!!!} A little game called Countdown Drill: 10 Mountain Climbers 10 Knee Tuck Jumps 10 Jump Squats 10 Push-Ups 10 Side Burpees 10 High Knees Climb down the ladder...do 10 reps of each exercise, then go back to the top & do 9 reps of each, then 8, and so forth....7,6,5,4,3,2,1. If you need to start with less repetitions (at 8, 7, 6, whatever) thats OK! We are ALL on a journey, and that journey looks completely different for each one of us!! Just remember, *change* happens when we *challenge* ourself!! (As always, keep good form) Sooo...whos playin along in game night with me?!?? Challenge a friend to it too & TAG them below!!
