(GRCAM Conference Count Down: 43 Days Remaining) With so many community organizations and places of worship within the African American community why then is there so much turmoil and conflict within the African American community? The purpose of this conference is for me to answer up to five questions from people who will participate in my free online conference about my revised book The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America Second Edition and also my organization (GRCAM) the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement held on Google Plus Hangouts on November 11th 2014 starting at 5:00PM to 11:55PM Central Time. I hope to talk with and connect to investors, philanthropist, and social entrepreneurs within the United States and from around the world that would be interested in working with me in turning my vision into a reality. I also hope that one day I would be able to host a live event in Chicago, with good food; beverages; talent show; prizes/raffles; sharing my success with those who want to see a better a brighter Urban America. I tell them it took JESUS 30 years before he started his great commission. since I lack the manpower and the capital to start my business my focus is on first selling my book and also turning my book into a movie so that I can generate enough capital to hire qualified individuals to be on my management team and also so that I can do all of the things I have written in my book to the fullest. I am determine to make GRCAM into a multi million dollar business so that I can hire my clients and members who reside in our urban communities. I also want to make my organization into one of the best African American businesses within the United States. This book is an auto-biography about my experience growing up in the inner city of Chicago. I wrote this book for three reasons: one reason is to raise awareness about the genocide which is taken place within our inner cities in America. Another reason why I wrote my book is to promote my organization the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement. GRCAM will be a private for profit service based business. It will have three main components: a social service component, a spiritual component, and a political component. Our social service component - Would focus on providing goods and services to the low income African American communities and assist single black mothers, single black fathers, and low income two parent families with childcare, violence prevention, job training and pending on our budget and sponsorship we would offer private employment to our clients and members within the organization. We will offer our private school the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Arts and Entertainment to help fund our nonprofit businesses. We will offer six basic classes ranging from Film Making, Performing Arts, Entrepreneurship Training, Journalism, Book Writing Workshop, and Financial Literacy. We will offer internships and give stipends to our students pending on our budget and sponsorship. We will offer a second chance program for ex offenders, former gang members, and the homeless. Those who are business minded we will teach them how to start their own business and work with them until it materialize. Our goal is to first stabilize the community through our outreach programs and create legitimate jobs so that our young people don’t become career criminals. As a result our clients can raise their family in a safer environment. Our spiritual component – Would be optional for secular people. We will have both Christianity department and a Islamic department for moderate Muslims and spiritual people to develop in their faith. We want to include people of faith and teach the community about how to co-exist respect one another belief system and about pooling our resources collectively for the common good of the community. Our political component – We will create our own independent political party at the local level. We will help write and pass laws which will be compatible with the dominant culture which will protect local residents and give community rights to those affected by bias in the current system. Once my organization is established we will hold both Rogue Cops and Urban Terrorist accountable for their actions and create laws aimed specifically at those who continue to destroy black life through our political component. They will focus on local issues within the black community and focus on changing current gun laws within the city and state of Illinois. We will also do cooperative alliance beyond the black community so that this can be a win win situation for the people of Chicago and surrounding suburbs of Chicago. I am only focusing on 25 cities because for 22 years my vision to improve Urban America has been rejected by established black organizations in my city. Our focus will be to provide goods and services to the low income African American communities and working directly with single black mothers, single black fathers, and low income two parent families within the communities and cities we will serve. Finally, I wrote my book in order to generate capital/seed money to offer incentives and compensation to thirty talented people within the state of Illinois or beyond who have read my book and agree with what I am trying to do, for those individuals to contact me and speak with me. I want those persons to come to Chicago and work with me directly in helping me start my organization. Our agenda is to end urban violence, gun violence, poverty, structural inequality, institutionalized racism, and police brutality within the communities and cities we will serve if given a chance. I want to make Chicago a model first before we expand to 25 other cities within 25 states. Since 2001, over 4000 people has been killed in Chicago alone. Chicago remains the murder capital in the United States and this is where my organization will begin. First on the Westside of Chicago and then eventually on the Southside of Chicago. Once we’re established in Chicago I plan to expand my organization In the following states as mentioned in my book, which are as follows: Alabama; Arkansas; California; Connecticut; Florida; Georgia; Illinois; Indiana; Kansas; Louisiana; Maryland; Michigan; Minnesota; Mississippi; North Carolina; New Jersey; New York; Ohio; Oklahoma; Pennsylvania; Texas; Tennessee; Virginia; Washington; and Wisconsin. My vision goes beyond Urban America. Once my organization is established in 25 states I plan to expand abroad to Africa to start a chapter in 25 countries. We will wait until conditions of eboli is under control before we go to Liberia. We will go through the proper channels to get my organization as an NGO (Non-Government Organization) chapters in Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa, and do our research to see if people want and need our services. We will offer private employment to our clients and members based on our budget and sponsorship. This organization will provide infrastructure for clean running water, agricultural technology to feed the people, and most of all educate our people about the problems with Capitalism and show them an alternative GRCAM. We will also expand to Brazil and the Caribbean Islands to people that want and need our services.
