“Gingerly” that is a word we have now summoned forth to our vocabulary … for we are certainly decelerated in pace by our irksome injury … not that we are a sluggish sit-about for that would likely diminish the rate of recovery from our fall … we have vacuumed guest bedroom floors and the landings and even ventured forth to retrieve the surface mail from the village post office … we did not however stop to check the latest on our rural coffee row … this Geezer snapped a couple of photographs and shot a short video of a flock of Bohemian Waxwings that were indulging themselves in a rare December treat for residents of Saskatchewan’s avian population … a frolicsome bath and a gorging upon late falling ornamental crab apples … this day was obviously the highlight of their seasonal wanderings …
