Good News Guys Yesterday Tia had been complaining about her - TopicsExpress

Good News Guys Yesterday Tia had been complaining about her legs hurting so we took her to our local hospital as we were very concerned. The doctor said she has a bug, which is very common and has prescribed her some morpheme. We also asked if it was safe for us to travel to Newcastle as the journey is quite far and he said yes. Tia would not even attempt to stand up and spent all day lay down and in a lot of pain. We gave her some morpheme when we got back from the hospital and she still seemed the same. Today we had to drive to Newcastle Hospital as we had an appointment with Tias specialist and the journey is a 10 hour round trip due to roadworks and stops. This morning she woke up walking around as if there was nothing wrong, so I guess the morpheme has helped a lot. When we arrived at Newcastle Tia was still fine and the doctor also checked her legs and they were not bothering her at all. Which did make us look like we were making it up. But Tia can be like this at times. The appointment was for him to thoroughly check over Tia, talk about her blood results and to send some more off. The doctor explains things in simple terms which is great as it can get a bit confusing if told in detail. He said in simple terms. She has a bug inside her and the new stem cells have basically passed the training stage and have now graduated and doing the job what they are supposed to which is really good news as they are starting to fight the infection she has and that they are acting the way they should. The bloods they have taken today are to see if they are still doing this. Which he thinks they are. We are very happy to hear the news and looking forward to the next lot of blood results. He is also very happy with Tias progress and also said the pain in her legs are not a concern and that they could also be growing pains. Hes only concerned if the pain was in all her joints and they are not. The video is of her this morning at 6am just before we left to go to Newcastle and as you can see she is now back on her feet :)) I hope you like the video. Xx
