#GymAdvice - In my gym I was the first one to introduce this style of exercise (DONT FORGET THAT BREH) now everyone starting to have a go and think about it. Doing these before squats just allows you to pre-exhaust all the leg muscles from glutes to calves. Then you can focus on more reps on a lighter weight keep it safe. Yall fellow basketballers like myself will be flying like that cow over the moon doing these haha... ALL ABOUT THE TENSION! #YouDontKnowTheSecretsMAYYYYN
