**HIRING BILINGUAL PERSONNEL RECRUITER** WOW Personnel, LLC is currently seeking goal oriented and ambitious Recruiter to join our team. Position Summary: The Recruiter holds a key role and is the driving force behind our success. The Recruiter is responsible for aggressively recruiting, evaluating and hiring the industries TOP candidates. Essential Functions: - Continuously seeks, interviews, assesses and places employees that exceed client needs & expectations. - Ensures all hiring documents and screening procedures are successfully completed including I-9s, drug tests, references and background checks. - Builds candidate database through placing ads, sourcing resumes, direct recruiting, networking, and developing industry relationships. - Submit candidates and assist in filling open job orders. - Participates in staff meetings and actively shares new ideas and thoughts. - Continually stays up-to-date and in touch with new industry trends and developments. - Provides excellent customer service and follow up to candidates and employees.
