“HOLIDAY SANTA COPS” 2014 RECAP We give in a time of need because there is a need and so we are neighbors; but when we rest our heads in the eve we smile; it’s that feeling, and it’s why we give. “SHOP WITH A COP” “CHRISTMAS at HACIENDA” IT’S A “CAPIT0L SCHOOL” CHRISTMAS “OPERATION SOUL” Wilson School “Adopt a Class for Christmas” Officers and civilians of the Phoenix Police Department are dedicated to providing protection and community service for the citizens of Phoenix every day and they take great pride in what they do. But it’s during the Christmas holiday season that these employees give the most of themselves. From the larger annual events like “Shop with a Cop” and “Christmas at Hacienda”, to very special programs such as the “Capital School Christmas”, “Operation Soul” and “Adopt a Class for Christmas”, Phoenix Police employees take the opportunity to bond and interact with our citizens, especially the children, who may not otherwise have the same holiday experience as most. There were many more precinct, bureau, squad and officer contributions made throughout the city and we are proud of each and every employee who participated this season. These photographs highlight the spirit and joy we all shared this Christmas season.
