***HONEYMOON WORKOUT 1*** Hello supafitters from Kota Kinabalu sabah island, malaysia. I have decided to post our workouts while we are here to show you guys that there is always a time and a place to workout, fitting it in around whatever it is your day consists of. We kicked this workout off on our first day after arriving before hitting the poolside happy hour cocktails and then dinner buffet with a cultural dance performance for entertainment. You see supafitters its all about balance, we arent going to be food and drink nazis and be cautious of our calorie intake, we are going to enjoy ourselves and our holiday by balancing it out with exercise.
