Minimum Floor Rates(Per Acre):- Rs. 21 Lakh to Rs. 72 Lakh 2. Royalty to Farmers(Per Acre for 33 Years):- Rs. 21,000/- to Rs. 42,000/- 3. Royalty Increment(Per Acre every year):- Rs. 750/- to Rs, 1500/- 4. Residential Plots(As compensation) :- 90 to 450 Sq Mtr 5.
