****Haters dont meditate*** Meditation is a great form of recovery it allows you that time to unwind. Now I know most would say they would prefer to watch TV or have a drink of wine or beer.. Or both if your into weird cocktails. But even though you think your relaxing TV is still playing with your emotions. It will draw you in get you emotionally attached to that programme. You need to come away and connect with your own emotions. Now it probably sounds like I am turning into a tree hugger but if you havent tried it you wont know how great it feels. Like a massive weight off your shoulders and a dark cloud removed from your mind. Dont believe me, try it!!
