Health Inspector/Assistant Conservation Agent Wanted The Town of Chatham is seeking applications for the Health Inspector/Assistant Conservation Agent. This position is responsible for enforcing a variety of national, state, and local sanitary and health regulations and state and local permit and license requirements, and assisting the Conservation Agent in all aspects of the technical, administrative, conservation land management, and inspection work for the Conservation Commission. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in public health, health administration, or environmental science, biology, or natural resources, or a related field, along with three to five years’ experience in public health and environmental regulatory compliance. The position is full-time with benefits, a member of the Chatham Municipal Employees Association, and has a starting salary of $1,904.80 bi-weekly.
