‘Health is wealth’ and hence our characters share a few tips for a balanced and healthy lifestyle. In today’s fast-paced and stressful times, taking care of our health and maintaining a balanced lifestyle is extremely important. We need to prioritise our health as a healthy body and mind, helps us during difficult situations. Anjali shares, “We should always keep ourselves fit through regular exercise. We need to do some activity that will keep the blood flowing through our body. There are so many different exercises like yoga, swimming, cardio, dance etc to maintain our fitness. Even just walking, using the stairs, jogging etc for 20 minutes in a day can help us stay fit. Exercise also makes us feel refreshed and we are ready to tackle obstacles.” Akshara adds, “Eating healthy foods is a great way to maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle. We should avoid junk food and eat wholesome and nutritious foods instead. I try and always include green vegetables and fresh fruits in my meals. These help in keeping several ailments away and also keeps us from becoming obese.” Astha says, “I always try and eat my meals on time and never skip them as this often leads to acidity and other problems. I also avoid caffeine and opt for green tea as it is light and healthy. Also make sure to get enough sleep as one is always cranky and upset if they are sleep deprived.” Our STAR Plus characters urge everyone to keep stress at bay and try and follow a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
