＝Heart Lake in Mt.SHASTA＝I want to give gratitude to this splendid mother earth.～Summer is over, and feel autumn arrival; nowadays. I feel yearn for Mt. Shasta which came one month ago. It is because energy of the Mt. Shasta is splendid. The heart lake was really wonderful. I cannot forget that scenery magnificent beautifully which I saw after the trekking of one way approximately one and a half hours. And the meditation at that place was particular! I took energy as that light at a cell level. As is expected, the mysterious spot where that place opens up our heart all the way according to the name of the heart lake. The Mt.Shasta fixes our energy balance with light and regains original power. It may be said that it is the place named such a sanctuary. And it is the hometown of the soul for me.
