Help Direct Field Co-ordinator Salary £30,877 per annum 37 Hours per week Post funded initially until 31/03/15 Help Direct is a support and information service for the people of Lancashire funded by Lancashire County Council. An opportunity has arisen due to a secondment by the substantive post holder for the Field Co-ordinator role. This is key role within the Help Direct team and the successful candidate will be an experienced and motivated manager who will have responsibility for: · Line managing the HD Field Navigators and HD Support officer · Maintaining and developing strong partnerships with services deliverers across East Lancashire · Supporting commissioners to identify gaps in provision and working closely to develop new services and strategies to meet these · Maintaining and developing services plans to meet service targets and contractual requirements Key skills and qualities required will include a proven track record of: Strong relationship management Working knowledge of East Lancashire Leadership Innovation Performance management Influencing and strategic planning Staff management and development For an informal discussion please contact Karen Lynch, Help Direct Manager, on 01282 686393.
