#Hiitmax days 1-5 week two in the books!! I was so happy i had to do a #happydance because im all about that bass, bout that bass, no treble! Day 1 cardio: side to side squats on bosu. Day 2: double high knees and squat, lunge jumps. Day 3: hold plank til burn then fast MCs. Day 4: combo of weighted step ups and side step ups with knee drives alternating. Day 5 no cardio but used my resistance band and oh the BURN!! Heres to hoping i can climb those stairs at work tomorrow!!
