“Hold to His hand, God’s unchanging Hand. Hold to His hand, God’s unchanging hand. Build your hopes on things eternal. Hold to God’s unchanging hand.” This morning Heavenly Father, we thank you that in the midst of all that we may be going through today that we can hold on to you. We must admit that we have tried holding on to everything else in this life only to be let go at the most trying time in our life. Thank you Lord for not letting us go. Thank you Father for not letting anything or anyone pluck us from your hand. Your hand is a strong hand, a mighty hand, a healing hand, a redeeming hand, a delivering hand, a guiding hand, a safe hand, a protecting hand, and a loving hand. Hold us in your hand Heavenly Father. When the storms of life are raging all around us. When we are being tossed and driven. When are lives are being conflicted and confused. Hold us Father. And then whisper in our ear that if we just hold out until tomorrow everything will be all right. Thank you Father. For the anointing power of Jesus Christ and that you would allow Him to live inside of those who believe. You have shown us such great love. Such great mercy. Such great grace. Now may all that you have done and are going to do in our life be a testimony by the way we love and treat others. May our words be seasoned with salt and not bitterness and wrath. May we look closely at ourselves before we cast judgment on someone else. Help us to avoid gossip, back-biting, envy, and hatred. Because those things are not like you, so we want no parts of it. Help us Heavenly Father. We know that we can’t do it alone. We’ve tried that, and failed each and every time. Now Father with those same hands, as the potter has power over the clay. Mold us and make us according to your will. Make us the boys, girls, men, and women of God that you are calling for in these last and evil days. Help us to know truth, and the schemes of the evil one so we will not be deceived. And when we fail, fall, and drift away by our own devices, draw us near. Draw us so close Heavenly Father, that we can lay our head on your shoulder. To calm our fears and ease our doubts. Please do it. We place all of our trust in you that you will. In the mighty name of Jesus we pray. Amen.
