✞ How Does The Bible Say We Are Saved in the Dispensation of Grace? Romans 1:16 “For I am not ashamed of *the gospel of Christ*: for it is the power of God *unto salvation* to every one that *believeth*;...” [Emphasis for clarity] [Paul tells us here he is not ashamed of the gospel of Christ because it’s message will save everyone who believes (to trust in/rely-upon) in it.] Galatians 1: 11-12 11. But I certify you, brethren, that *the gospel* which was preached of me is NOT AFTER MAN. 12. For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the *revelation of Jesus Christ. [Paul assures us he did not learn the gospel of Christ from the apostles or any other person except Jesus Christ by direct revelation] Galatians 1:8 ”But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed (Damned). [Paul say if anyone, even an angel of God, preach any other gospel other than the one he preaches....let God eternally punish them.] OK Paul, tell us this gospel that saves everyone who will believe. So Paul tell us the gospel below in the most concise terms as found any where in the scriptures the gospel message we must place our trust in to be saved. 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 1. Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you *the gospel* which I preached unto you, *which also ye have received*, and wherein ye stand; 2 By which also *ye are saved*, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. 3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that *Christ died for our sins* according to the scriptures; 4 And that *he was buried*, and that *he rose again* the third day according to the scriptures: [This is know as the gospel in a nut-shell “ Christ died on the cross to pay our sin debt in full, was buried and rose from the tomb for our justification”] This is what one must believe to be saved, the Gospel of Christ, with nothing added or taken away or you make the gospel of salvation null and void. Romans 4:25 Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification. *.¸.*✻ღϠ₡ღ♪♫ ➜ Please SHARE on Facebook if you agree.
