. How SC, HC Judges can serve Society and Nation after retirement – (1). They can attend and addresses seminars, conferences; write articles on the scope, dynamics and Jurisprudence of Law and Legal Studies, (2). Frequently visit Law Schools, Universities to teach Law Students and to coach Teachers on applied aspects of legal profession and Judicial Work, (3). Contribute legal research papers to National & International Law Books Journals; of Law Schools, Universities to open doors of new legal horizons, (4). Train Law Teachers, Students, Interns on better scale of experience, (5). Counsel litigants on pros and cons of prolonged litigations in Courts to convince them to settle matter out of court in amicable & peaceful terms, (6). Even during morning and evening walks in their home places, they can educate all the surrounding people and neighbours on prevailing trends of Indian Sociology, social behaviour and social psychology, and (7). If so deeply committed, they can start Law Academy to render teaching and coaching classes to Law Teachers, Students, Interns; can also provide Free Legal Advisories to several needy people in worrisome legal tangles, . Utilising their vast experiences and wide public relations, retired SC, HC Judges can devote their retired life to enrich religious, cultural, civilisational heritage of Bharath by participating, conducting, organising literary, social & philanthropic events for larger benefits of Humanity, Society and Nation, . But, most of the retired Judges are anxiously busy to please their political masters to secure rehabilitation posts for beacon cars, bungalow, free living on public money etc. Some Judges are alleged to have been preparing fit ground along with net work during the last 2-3 years of their retirement from judicial service on Bench. Sathasivam, Ex. CJI, claimed like a politician that he accepted the post of Kerala Governor to serve the State and Nation ! . From now onwards Mr. Sathsivam shall have to rush to Delhi with all files on Hand; to wait patiently out-side of the door steps President, PM, MHA & all Union Ministers for their permission to step in ? It is painful for lawyers to see who addressed him My Lord became My Servant of Political Bosses. Is this the service to Nation ? Lawyers to feel ashamed of addressing such Judges as My Lords on Bench who later become humble political servants?
