??? How do you pop a Rib out of place in your back? I seem to be the lucky one to have done this. It hurt pretty bad on Saturday and I had to miss a special wedding. It was little better on Sunday and much better on Monday. At least I could breathe better. Sunni diagnosed I popped a Rib, then Amber said the same thing, I went in yesterday and Amber worked on me which made me feel 95% better, but told me I will need to go and be adjusted. Not my favorite thing to do. I like Massages not getting bones popped. You can feel the knot on one side of my back and tender to touch. So I will get my big girl panties out, suck it up and go to the Chiropractor. It will have to wait till next week. This week is booked:) I also got to be with the extended family and wish Ann Finch a Happy 83rd Birthday. Shes in Rehab at the Nursing Home and I hope everyone will say a Prayer for her and the family Pamela Hinkson McQueary & Wanda Thornton) as she recovers and will be able to come home very soon. Hope everyone has a super over the top kinda of day:):):)
