#Hypocrites My timeline has been flooded by intensely outraged black women (Sorority Women to be exact) and some men since #SororitySisters aired on TV. I personally dont watch it or any of those shows for so many reasons but heres what Ive observed. All these women who have opinions about the sorority sisters who are outraged at the portrayal of their GREEK letters (many not all) are the same ones who come on social media and blogs to bash and talk so much crap about, mock, laugh at and watch and / or glorify the crazy women in the other reality shows... Soooooo youre only offended that the Greek organization legacy of women is being bashed and misrepresented on TV but NOT black women as a whole is being made to look like baboons?? And youre not going to support or watch that show but youll wait for Love and hip hop and basketball wives to air right after??? Ok... Yeah this makes total sense that youre defending and standing up for something youve only been a part of for a part of your life but not something you have been and will be your whole life that can affect so much more of your livelihood in how people treat you including your man, children, employers and etc! Ok, let me make some ginger tea and sip on it... Side eye! And I just KNOW Im going to get You dont understand because youre not a Greek... Youre absolutely Damned right lol, Im not a Greek, Im a black woman and fighting and arguing and protesting for a better portrayal of black women as a WHOLE is more important than any organization to me. If youre going to protest that show and get it banned, get Them ALL banned and off the air!!! #JustMyOpinion
