:::I NEED YOUR HELP::: Im going to stand up for one of my challengers really quick. I wont mention her name because she wants to be anonymous on Facebook. So anyways this sweet momma has been doing a challenge group and drinking Shakeology. She got brave and shared about it on her profile page. She had a friend message her and ask her what she was doing, so she explained. You know what this friend replied? If youre born a pig, youll die a pig. What?!!??! So this woman came to our group with her experience. Luckily we have an awesome group to cheer her up. But I had to tell her, I have talked to hundreds of people about health and fitness and not ONCE has someone been so cruel. People are usually nice and supportive!! So I wont tag her, but Ill tell her to come look for this post. Will you all please comment with some words of encouragement!!! If this was your friend, who was beginning to better her life, and she came to you with this struggle, what would you say? We have to take care of each other!!!!! Thanks!
