.... I always support production Agriculture. The story Ive heard so far is that Mr Bundy stopped paying for his lease of Fed lands in 1993, because his family had been there for many decades. Five years later, the BLM removed grazing privileges at any price for protection of the turtles. The cattle stayed, still no lease payments. Now, 21 years from the ranchers initial decision to not pay for the lease, the Fed is taking tough action. If I stopped paying rent on an apartment but continued to live there, I would be tossed out WAY faster than 21 years. Am I missing the reason Mr Bundy has been in arrears for so long? What would you do if it was your land and someone refused to pay rent or move out?
