“I don’t care,” means “I don’t feel cared for,” and it - TopicsExpress

“I don’t care,” means “I don’t feel cared for,” and it is a RED FLAG! This is our fourth intervention film on how to derail the Bullying Path. When children ages 8-12 chronically say, “I don’t care,” they are sending out a VERY IMPORTANT message. That message is: “I do not feel like I have been cared for.” In addition to utilizing all of the past interventions we have outlined in our other films and using creativity to make them age appropriate, relationship resistant children at this age need: 1. A sense of belonging 2. A feeling of mastery 3. An opportunity to be of service to others In this film, Dr. Becky Bailey will also teach you language to use in specific bullying situations. Learn the signs and then learn the interventions. WE CAN CORRECT THE COURSE! As always, we wish you well! #consciousdiscipline #bullying youtu.be/gXHDu25z91U
