I enjoy eating and take no immunity in food. There is no question, I get the inevitable results--fatter and fatter. I realize I need to make a courageous turn to make my outline and my tomorrow far better before I gained all the weight, so I resolve to commence this itinerary. I tested this project by recommendation of a classmate. to be honest, I am irrosoluted about it at outset. But since beginning this project, I feel better and have lost one size in clothing.
