......I firmly stand behind any Swapo Leader - be it Youth or Elder - who represent the well-being of Swapo - to serve the nations interest at large........ ....Its very sad to note and see the despicable behaviors of certain Swapo office bearers in Government after they lost at the recent Electoral College...as if they brought about any fundamental changes - worth applauding....... .......Swapo office bearers in Government for the past 24 years should be grateful for having been accorded privileged responsibility to oversee the plights of the nation....they should not see themselves as the only credible individuals to be entrusted with Ministerial and parliamentary responsibilities...... ......now they snub Swapo and spite Swapo with venom......yet Swapo empowered them to be who they are today as the majority of them were not academics....how ever Swapo empowered them and guided them and supported them until they eventually graduated from University Of Namibia and Polytechnic Of Namibia.... ..yet they now have the audacity to questions, Swapos visions , potential, ability and capability of bringing in young academics....... with vast exceptional experience for their age.....after 24 years these youth all bring with them at least 10 years +/- of working experience worth polishing on.... .....Swapo has academics and had academics and is still grooming academics - therefore Swapo will not be held hostage neither be sabotaged by few individuals - who cant even pull a crowd of 10 should they form their own political party...... ...Swapo Cdres and the nation are being misled to believe by hypocrisy , insincerity and two - faced individuals - that Cde Hage Geingobs Cabinet is a nightmare and inexperienced - as if they critics - full of negative criticism started with any experience themselves..... ......what is experience ? experience is the experience you experience after been afforded the mandate and time to experience what ever it is you are entrusted to experience.....experience takes time , comes with time....and Swapo has the time perseverance , endurance and momentum and self-esteem to capacitate any potential leader it deems fit worth polishing.....to be a shining Swapo Politician...with diamond carat qualities of colour D and clarity IF ......... ......Fellow Swapo Cdes - open your eyes and look around you - from Political Partys irrespective , NGO , Government , Banks , Private Health sector , Schools , Universities , Corporate and Parastatals ,Telecommunication sector and the Business Community are all run successfully by youths managed by the youths - groomed and entrusted by visionary elders...and these youths are doing applaudable commendable visible work worth noting.... ....yet you are telling the Namibian nation Cde Geingobs administration will fail will not last for 2 terms....are you convincing the nation that Swapo for the next 5 years or 10 years will fail - under Cde Geingob administration - how does one allow him or herself as Swapo to fail the ideology and legacy of Swapo......Swapo is not an individual... .....stop the character assassination , accusing and blaming Cde Hage Geingob..... ......Cde Hage Geingob is a member of a political party called Swapo....meaning Swapo is a political party made up of more than one individual...it has members...are you underminig the political and business intelligence of Swapo members collectively - to say Swapo will fail under Cde Geingobs administration is an insult to each and every Swapo member...... ...Swapo will never allow itself to fail....for Swapo is a team , Swapo is hard work , Swapo is consistent in being a winner and a champion in politics at all times....from the bush to international diplomacy......The Swapo Blue Print is intact... are we fooling our self by believing that Swapo under Cde Dr Hage Geingob - will be ruled by a tyrant , autocrat individual...with no intellectual collective support from the Swapo Think Tank ... ......Swapo is bigger than the representatives faces afforded and privileged to represent Swapos interest in public.... ....have you gone to see what is behind the Swapo curtain - who are the real power behind the Swapo curtains....Swapo is team work , is a movement to say the least led by exemplary , visionary , fearless leaders... .......their are names in Swapo you have never heard off and will most likely never hear off until their deaths......yet you claim to know Swapo....and its powers to rule and foster the well-being of the people and the nation at large.... .......Swapo is everything and all you need as a black man/women , youth or elder to face Europe , America , Asia , Arab countries and so forth....you need Black Consciousness and Swapo each and every split second day of your life....you need that home called Swapo and its ideology ...... ...when you face your enemy - you clench your fist - that fist is Swapo power you are drawing to yourself to protect yourself against the enemy...be it in business or politic...or love in hope to win her heart.... ...the nation is not interested in certain Swapo individuals as per say - the nation is only interested in any Swapo individual who has Swapos ideology and belief at heart to serve the nation at large young and old...... ....Swapos ideology and legacy will continue to be...... ....certain spiteful selfish Swapo individuals hate change - yet change is the only thing that has brought progress...... .....certain individuals tend to think that they are leaders because they were placed in a leadership position....Cdes being privileged and having been afforded the time to be in a leadership position does not necessarily make you a leader......you were only entrusted to be a leader....not that you are a leader..... ......from experience - a house divided against itself cannot stand.....let us be weary of unscrupulous behavior within our homes..within Swapo....the belt is always there to reprimand and give a hiding - when misbehaving........ ......The disease of entitlement , complacency and self-righteousness and procrastination is not welcomed in the new Swapo Led Government.....under Cde Hage Geingobs Administration.....
