I first have to thank, Harry G Bondi Law Offices, who fought for us and proved our case in 7th district court. Not only is he Our attorney of record, He is My friend . His performance tonight and thoughout our entire battle was one of a total professional, a brilliant attorney. informed and knowledgeable of all the possible implications of passing something that essentially would be unenforceable and would take yet another right we as Americans enjoy. thank you. I want to thank Janel Moore, for without her reaching to far corners of the county out to residents that normally do not get to know much of what is happening in the county commissioners, she went the extra mile, door to door day after day informing folks of this change and what it would mean to everyone. To Our Own County rep, Tom Reeder whom without his personal copy of state stature in hand. spoke out hard against this, and provided so many people the opportunity to see exactly what it is first hand a county rep does for their districts. ATTA BOY TOM, you made all of us proud for your hard work, and insightful conclusions and advice to the commissioners. To My Husband Dana Jones, thank you honey for seeing this though both the court system and last nights attempt to take property rights of others, he did not have to take on this fight, for he had fought a good fight for his personal property and we claimed that victory in January 2014. But seeing the injustice this change in the resolution would have caused many others. He encouraged me to continue down this path to make sure NO One ever has to go though what we did. leading to a great ending. thank you Honey and last but certainly not least. YOU.... every last one of you that took the time to come out to attend, voice your opinion, hand out flyers, call your neighbors, STAND BESIDE US ALL.
