I have purchased a laptop on 20th august 2013 lenovo G580 model. From the date of purchase it has a problem of auto shutdown. 4 times have approached on customer care center after having it has onsite warranty. Every time service executive says we are unable to diagnose your problem until unless we will not diagnose problem we are unable to help you. When last time i contact on toll free no. service executive placed an order for mother board. After replacing mother board problem has not gone. Today i tried 3 times to contact on toll free after telling my problem executive said ok i will check and call u back but they do not reply. I just want to suggest everyone not to purchase any lenovo product because of bad quality and poor after sell services.
