~I havent weighed myself in over 6 months & to be honest I have no idea what I currently weigh. Weight has never been my focus, health has. ~But because of that my brain is in complete denial that my body has changed. I keep trying to wear pants that are several sizes too big. My daughters are NOT amused, lol. ~I have a pair that were too tight last year & now they fall off, yet I keep trying to wear them. :-0 ~I say all of that to show that consistency is the most important thing. I tell my challengers to throw their scales away! (Or at least limit weigh-ins to once a week.) ~The ONLY thing you need to focus on is: 1) Are you consistently showing up in your exercise & giving it your best? 2) Are you consistently eating to fuel your body instead of to appease your appetite? Do those 2 things & the scale will take care of itself.
