.....I just cant understand how animals are allowed into restaurants, where FOOD is being served?! This is the stupidest thing that Ive ever heard of (and seen)! When I was growing up, animals were NEVER allowed anywhere near food, esp a confined place, like a restaurant! Nor the koi pond either. .. Unfortunately, our society has devolved into a cesspool of decadence, immorality, and behavior that, my late grandmother would simply abhor!
