I speak English and have done so virtually my entire life but I dont have a clue what the hell that person is talking about....lol.....the only part I got is: Experience is whats really important......I figure this must be a British thing.....Still, as someone has already said, having experience does not really matter sometimes. Here in California, particularly Southern California- L.A. area (especially inland), the employment rate is still rather high and experience or not, youre competing with countless people for the same jobs, even with a university education (which both my brother and I have), it makes little to no difference.....there are no decent jobs in our county or city unless you want to work in the food industry making burgers and tacos, clean toilets or pack boxes at Walmart or grocery stores for minimum wage..... The economy of where you happen to live has EVERYTHING to do with your chances of finding work with a decent living wage. I just *love* people and their sanctimonious attitude when they say Get a job!*.....CLUELESS.
