I thank the A.B.C for informing the public that the moratorium on Fracking for coal seam gas is expected to be lifted at the 90 mile Beach in Gippsland. So I ask which Government Department is legally responsible for the huge Damage to our land / property value? The current land value at the Golden Beach Club Estate is $500 as alleged in the Wellington Shire Council 2012 and 2013 Rates and property valuation Notice. I also wish to highlight that W.S.C has Stated that my land use Classification: is Residential so that W.S.C can charge a fire levy of $100 on land that you can never build on as alleged by Victorian Electoral Commission Final Report Electoral Representation Review for the Wellington Shire Council 25 October 2004 "Unrated property in the 90 Mile Beach area that can never be built on." And in the above Knowledge W.S.C has been charging yearly rates on unrated properties that you can never build on since October 2004. We the residents of Victoria are outraged to learn that we have to pay rates and a fire levy on unrated property that you can never build on. I also wish to highlight the fact that in 2005 W.S.C charged Muninciple Charge of $148 plus $25 waste infrastructure Charge on unrated property that you can never build on. " W.S.C has denied the residents of Victoria Natural Justice. I urge the A.B.C to investigate And expose the W.S.C Scandal So that future generations of young Australians will not be entrapped into buying property on top of coal Seam gas at the 90 Mile Beach like my generation did. I appeal to my fellow residents of Victoria to unite in a common Goal to demand a Royal Commission to hold W.S.C and other Responsible Authorities Accountable for poisoning our land and our water and for the huge Damages to our Property Value. joe.taranto.52@facebook
