**I tried to post this last night, but FB didnt have the same intentions.** I really struggled with Friday Fight. By the time I workout AND teach 5 classes in a week, my body is beat and normally, I would take Fridays off. HOWEVER, Im also a stickler on going by the calendar, because a lot of time and knowledge goes in to creating the best and most effective schedule. Normally, I like to post good videos so you can see the form, technique, and learn from the moves and try them yourselves. I was struggling this time, and Matt thought you guys should see that too...so you know Im human too. ;) The thing about INSANITY, any of them, is that regardless of your fitness level, you should never be able to master it. The programs are created so that if youre truly pushing yourself, you can push harder and harder, and do more and more and never perfect it. You can perfect form, but never get through the program without being winded. INSANITY Max:30 is no different. Friday Fight is the whole week rolled into one night. You do every move for 1 minute at a time and only get 2 thirty second breaks. #IMaxedOut at 18:04 and have no shame to say that some of that was modifications. Lets hope for a better Friday this week! #insanity #digdeep #pushingharder
