I was doing exercise on a regular basis and working out at times, but I was still becoming fatter... Everything alter when I started this item...just eating the fat burning food as the proposition. After several weeks on the program, I find my waist has lost 2 inches and the abdominal meat gets tight... this program has give me new momentum for my body, and I am now trying hard on the way to being the best shape in my life.
