:I was informed of a dearly beloved paternal grand-aunt whos in the hospital now. I can count the relatives of both my parents from whom I felt unconditional love for my siblings and I. Auntie Bibia was one of them. She is my grandfathers first cousin though she is only few years older than Papa. I remember how tirelessly she campaigned in 1992 and the many other acts of support she and her siblings along with her cousins have done throughout my life for my father. Even when her husband, former Congressman Benasing Macarambon,Jr., became a politician himself, she never nor allowed her family to abandon my father. Papa had the full support of all his elders in whatever endeavors he took even if they really dont agree with some of it.=) She told me once while she ranted actually in one xampaign sortee that, we do this not because of anything other than that your father always stands up for Islam and the Alonto name. They pour out energy and money for Papa. Thats how they love my father. As a grand niece, I have wonderful great memories with her. She calls me, my love. Praying hard for you, Auntie Bibia. I love you!♡
